HI Peter: I haven't been following WIND closely for the past 6 months but now that its approaching $19 (the new president's buy in price in 1999) its back on my radar screen. One of the reasons I sold was the companies policy of using its investment gains in pro forma earnings. In doing a quick look @ the recent financials didn't the company miss big time from what they were forecasting 6 months ago (i thought they forecast 91 cents, pro forma, for the full year). I keep expecting WIND to perform but wonder if it is still to early. Thanks in advance. Tim
