The rate cuts won't help the real economy until July 2001 at the earliest, and maybe not till 2002. But the stock market is supposed to look forward, and July isn't very far away. I mean, has everyone forgotten what happens after the Fed cuts the third time? I expected at least a little 3-5 day rally. Were people really expecting 3/4%?
