Cox is just starting-up. They opened-up service to 100,000 potential users in San Diego on May 15, and are opening-up service to an additional 100,000 potential users on June 16. I beleive they also have some service in Phoenix.

If they have 1000+ users at this point, then people are signing-up quite rapidly.
