Unfortunately, I think they were. The media was sure pumping for .75% Sometimes the market is unrealistic in its expectations and self importance. Even if we got .75%, I can't see that a big rally would follow. It is still an earnings issue and bloated PE's that aren't in line with forward projections for the coming months.
