Might be best to sit back for the moment. The first bounce point will be when the DOW reaches 9650. If it bounces here, we'll have to watch the wave structure to make sure it is corrective. At that point, it will be safe to get back in short. If 9650 gets sliced, then I think it may be safe to go short as that would be a sign we could be going below 9000.

Don't buy Puts on the first appoach of 9650 though...if it bounces here you'll get stuck. Likewise carefull on buying calls at this point in expectation of the bounce as it may not happen. Give it a little time to confirm what it is going to do. better to lose a few points of gain and be right then, guess and be wrong.
