Why don't you read the raw data yourself:

Create a gif chart with,e.g., Percentage change from same period last year, using a time frame of 1951 to 2001. The other options will pretty much show the same. You should also compare the growth with GNP.

Consider, if there was excess demand for loanable funds, would the FED be dropping rates like a rock with the stock market screaming that that isn't enough?
