"Information is power - have you ever heard this phrase" Before you start thinking that a public "authority" will save your ass from the capitalist "pigs" then remember the comments you got from your local "co-op" (you know the organization that everyone owns) - "That critical financial information you asked about is privileged and you buddy do not have the right to know about it". Think about what it would be like to drive up to a gas pump and then be told you do not have the right to know the "per gallon price". Just shut up and pay the bill - WE know what's good for you. CEO's are too smart to play this game - only the dumb sheep waiting to be fleeced would put up with it. Capitalist pigs are smart and they HATE disclosure. Politicians are not very smart but they also HATE disclosure. I will put my money on capitalist pigs and demand full disclosure.
