Kevin - We're having rolling blackouts in San Diego today, too. I agree with your assessment of the situation, but I think there is some "manipulation" going on, too. We keep hearing about power plants that are off-line for "routine maintenance". Somehow, that doesn't sound right to me. Didn't they see this coming a year ago and couldn't they have planned a little better? I'm getting ready to shut the computer down before the peak power usage time arrives. Betty
