Yeah, the interest rate moves take awhile to trickle through...only hope there is that Wall Street tends to be willing to look far ahead IF THEY ARE CONVINCED the thing will turn.....right now they aren't convinced how long it will take and/or whether it will turn at all.....if they finally become convinced they see the light, whether it's 4Q2001, or 2Q2002, the market will definitely TURN !!!! But 1850 (make that 1750 I guess?) NAZDAQ could easily come B4 that happens.....
