IW-t: A total of 1,136,364 common share purchase warrants of Infowave Software will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Wednesday, March 21, 2001, under the following trading information: Symbol: IW.WT Cusip: 456925 12 2 Market-maker: Neal Ramchandani, Canaccord Capital Corp. Other markets: None The warrants were issued in connection with a recently completed prospectus offering by the company whereby shareholders had the right to purchase units, each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of a warrant. Details of the prospectus offering were contained in exchange bulletin 2001-0207, reported in Stockwatch on Feb. 15, 2001. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of $7.15 per share until 4:30 p.m. (Toronto time) on Aug. 22, 2002.
