well in this market you always have to be prepared for everything.....

so if gold bounces i'll be there to play it early.....and if it doesn't i'll leave it alone.....roll!!!

do you remember that song....." send in the clowns...theres got to be clowns".....

well i know this market should tank now.....but i also know CNBC will be sending in the clowns to try and pump this market back up......

so i'm prepared for anything to happen.......

thats why when most folks don't have a clue to where the markets heading each day.....i pretty much have a real good idea where its heading because i'm following the money trail......the SPX and its slow stoch.....thats your money trail right there.....i can see strength or weakness coming long before it happens.....and get prepared early for either one...if i'm wrong.....my losses are minimal.....if i'm right my gains can be huge......

today... right around 12:30 when that 5-minute spx stoch failed at 50.....i pretty much knew the rest of the day was going to be bad.....because after being strong since yesterday......that first sign of weakness means there is more coming......and as the 5-minute weakens......the 15-minute is next to fall......and the last hope for any signs of strength was the hourly......it still had a chance to bounce at 50......but the 15-minute breaking down at 50 sealed its fate.....game over......

now all three are oversold again.....and we start all over.......first the 5-minute must bounce at 50......then the 15-minute......then the hourly......

if you see that first 50 bounce on the 5-minute.....you have a small time frame to catch a bounce on the long side......as the 15-minute gets pulled up with the strength in the 5-minute......you then must concentrate on the 15-minute for strength.....if that 15 minute fails to bounce at 50.....game over.....you start all over again following the 5-minute for signs of strength.....and so on.....and so on.....

everbody should be following this and want to learn it.....it can do nothing but help......
