Bernard,

No matter how you twist it, management should have come out with a refute if the allegations were false. This sudden silence, i.e. no news of any kind is taken by me as obvious big trouble. it should also be noted that if there was anything positive, the buyers would have been breaking down the door at $10.
The thing that I dread is that the analysts will start downgrading the stock. I think that it is inevitable. The good news is that $1 is only $2 1/2 dollars away.
