Gina Some of the refinery power problems in CA may be reduced by those refineries having co-gen facilities. Not sure how many have them or how large a refinery has to be to economically justify one but I know for a fact that the big ARCO refinery south of LA has one and is making a ton of money selling excess power into the grid. John
