LP - all due respect, I think Lennox has NO FEAR for Tyson.. Mutual respect, but I don't believe fear..
I like Lennox a lot.. He's charming, personable, bright (at least perceived to be somewhat bright - lol) and perhaps most of all, he's down to earth much like Forman and others like him.. I don't perceive his honest statement that he may lose his next fight as a weakness.. I see it as a sign of frustration.. EVERYONE wants this fight, and he knows that if it does not happen soon, ANYTHING can happen to derail it, or perhaps postpone it forever.. I think his honesty is refreshing, but I know what you mean about it sounding "defeatist"..
Lennox IS a fighter and does not just give up or act like a loser.. I remember significantly his fight with Frank Bruno a few years back in London.. I am unclear as to the details, but Bruno was actually doing a pretty good job keeping Lennox off balance, and im my opinion, was winning the fight.. But then.. LOL.. In the 7th, 8th or 9th round.. Lewis' left jab caught Bruno dead cold..
I'd take Lewis against Tyson, he's just too big and will frustrate Tyson, much like Holyfield did, headbutts or not..
