Trading lows, you are correct. Since today CLOSED around those levels you are also correct that it is a technical breach. Imo there is very little time left to rally it. Maybe a few days? This is why I was so surprised that all the chart types were not out in force today buying OEX puts. Which also speaks to the fact that a rally may not materialize this time. We'll see.
