Bob does exactly what Korn is accused of. He summarizes Barrons articles and uses them to fill up part of his radio show which he gets compensated for. Personally, I dont see anything wrong with this or what David does, legally or morally. This is common practice in the news business. Pick up a copy of USA today or watch any news show, and you will see that they are summarizing work from the Journal of the AMA, Forbes, Fortune, and just about any publication on the planet. How many news firms of non affiliated stations and networks are mentioning these stupid TV shows... How many news organizations mention Money Magazine's best Places to Live every year and how many mention the richest people from the Forbes list every year. I dont understand how Bob gets off expecting special treatment and how others support his position so vehemently.
