Hi all new to this forum and I'm not sure this is the place to air this. I have had my power cut TWICE in the rolling blackouts.

I heard on the news that only 500,000 people statewide were hit today so why was my block hit again? I swear I was block three when I was hit in Feb. When I heard they were cutting 12 and 13 today I was not worried. Hah. I was working on a document and the power shut off. I scrambled to find my bill and found myself listed in block 13 this time. Has anyone else had a similar experience where their block was changed? Had their power cut twice?

Just checking.

FWIW I live in the Santa Cruz Mountains in No. California. A rural area with low density.

TIA
