I beleive the 10Q stated that about 179,000 of the 200,000 shares that could be converted by foreign investors had been converted. I could be wrong and might have misread. Do you or anyone else know if I'm reading this right or is ther something else hanging over the market to keep this stock down? Also, I'm curius about the rumored buyout -- the specifcs of 12 to 14 per share that needs to be acted on by June 15 -- sound credible. Could it be tht word is out the deal is failing to come through, which is why the run-up ended and the stock tanked?
