I take back all the nasty stuff I said about CUBE & CO over the years...

Fred- Also consider that CUBE dumped Divicom onto HLIT at precisely the time when Divicom revenues took a 50% hit. An apparently nice move for CUBE shareholders and very bad move for HLIT shareholders. In essence, since it was a stock deal, the revenue hit was dispersed between two companies. It would have been quite nasty had CUBE taken the full brunt of the revenue hit by itself. Smart money would have taken the HLIT shares and sold them the day after they given to CUBE shareholders. But then again smart money would have sold everything a long time ago.<g> -MikeM(From Florida)

PS As I wrote the above I realize knowing Divicom was smashed 50% on the revenue front should have clued me in that in cableco/DBS land capex spending was rapidly slowing. I wish I was that smart money. Live and learn.
