DOE report has one very disturbing figure, the RFG stocks. I believe RFG regulations kick in on April 15. Stocks should be going up, not down. They aren't even as high as last year. Suggests prices may go even higher this summer than last summer.

Chicago has been exempted from having to use the MTBE formula this summer due to fears of shortages. They are going to use ethanol instead. It will mean lower prices there but it is no great gift. Their reduced mileage will more than offset the lower prices.
