Richard: David Findley may have a point, the technical behavior of the stock certainly supports his point of view, it was not him selling between 10 and 6 and it was not shorty either as the miniscule increase in the short position indicates. After all, looking at IPMCF's prior history, they have before gone through more than $30 MM of other people money and shown nothing for it, but a huge dilution via reverse split. Is it possible they are going through the next $30 MM of other people money this time around?
