Razorback, Howdy

One reason for the brief spurt in volume, then renewed disinterest, may be that somebody is making the nut, accumulating enough stock for boardroom leverage, but not more than is necessary. It doesn't look like the institutional buyers (as opposed to us, the institutionalized buyers, ha ha) are biting.

As a dabbler, this makes sense to me. I don't think that enough oil has been spread to calm the financial waters, and I think that there will not be much institutional participation until it can be shown that there is a unified purpose at the board level. Right now, it looks to me like the big players are still muscleing in for a place at the trough.

Which is another concern. I've watched the stock go from 2 to 26 to 2 again, and although things seem to be moving in a positive direction in the Sudan, I get the very strong sense that us shareholders are still going to see the continued dilution of our prospective return.

Any comments on how this will manifest, aside from a new round of options being awarded to the board of directors - which will probably be increased in size as well? Do you think the board will propose an additional stock issue?
