<font color=blue>2001MAR21 Bond Chart Update: As you know, we have been following the rising wedge and test of top on the 30 year Treasury Bond chart, as flight to quality from the stock market continued. Bonds spiked up after the FOMC statement as the stock market collapsed, to form a test of top, at the end of the apex of the rising wedge.
