The Wall Street Journal this morning had several articles that reflect on the fact that a lot of companies have invested heavily in tech and are now backing off because of reduced need and lack of confidence. Also, an article on BT which highlights their huge debt (approx $50B) and the resultant lack of ability to complete the build out of their networks. Is this smoke but no fire?
