  Teeth Whitening Leader Recognized for Excellence in Medical Design, Website Design and Infomercial

The design was one of only 28 2001 MDEA winners and was selected for excellence in the Dental Instruments, Equipment and Supplies category. Presented by Canon Communications LLS, the MDEA recognizes medical devices and packaging for product innovation; design and engineering excellence; end-user benefit; and cost effectiveness in manufacturing and health care delivery. 
  * Design Interact Site of the Week (March 12) -- The recently redesigned britesmile.com website was recognized by Design Interact as its "Site of the Week" for March 5, 2001. The BriteSmile website was developed by Envision Interactive. Design Interact provides information and inspiration for the field of interactive media.   * 2000 Greensheet Awards for Infomercial Excellence -- The BriteSmile infomercial, first released by the company in October 2000, was awarded a 2000 Greensheet Award for Infomercial Excellence for Best Personal Care Infomercial. The infomercial is hosted by actor Alan Thicke and features model Angie Everhardt and Denver Broncos football player Ed McCaffery. It was produced by Mayhew/Breen Productions, and has already generated over 100,000 consumer calls to BriteSmile. 
  Each year The Greensheet Awards are given to new infomercials and short-form spots, or new versions of previously produced infomercials and spots that debuted during the year. The awards are presented by Jordan Whitney, Inc., a research, consulting and publishing company which monitors, ranks and critiques direct response television commercials.
