they definitely have been sellers of Western stock markets. it's quite possible though that the bulk of the proceeds was moved into the US bond market, and that other ways and means are employed in propping the Nikkei concurrently. it's nevertheless quite obviously a rig job, to help them keep their necks above water until March 31.
