We might be but I am afraid that these P/E's need to come down:

CSCO: 48 (20 is more correct)
SUNW: 29
INTC: 18.48 (bottom around 15?)
RMBS: ???????
DELL: 29
ORCL: 13 - in range

just a few but IMHO these P/E's are still way high and need to come down before we can define a bottom. I believe that to be around 15, 20 max (maybe except RMBS)
