pardon my ignorance, but was is a 40 handle?

looks like serious technical damage if it closes below 50 today.. i think they'll fight tooth and nail to keep it above, if only for psychological reasons.

edit: yep they are throwing the kitchen sink at MSFT and the other big cap techs to keep the naz alive
