All your points were well taken.

One clarification, however. My timeframe of 2-3 years of SUNW's prime time status was more of a reference to my anticipation of the stock performance and the company's eps growth, which usually precede the actual happenings by a time lapse of a few months to a couple of years.

Needless to say, SUNW will not move over COMPLETELY for NT (and bite the dust) in 2-3 years. But the big money inflows have slowly considerably, with the exception of GS (and the like) which, I understand, still has a large proprietary position.
