Ten,

Total surprise....a few weeks ago they had said they were thinking of farming out wing work to Japan which did not make a lot of sense. I realize now it was a warning of things to come. I think their problem may be with the Boeing unions and this is the way they are going to break them....by creating distance between corporate and the workers. A couple of years ago union-mgmt negotiations got pretty rancorous.

Very surprising...I am sure there will be major news later today. This will really shake up Seattle. Although BA does not play the role it once did, it has a major impact on the city nonetheless.
