he managed the irrational exuberance in the market instead of the economy. he killed tech. there is no fundamental reason for not making a larger cut yesterday. he didn't because Wayne Angel is calling for a larger cut. that's the only reason. pride. now he killed bio-tech. his rich friends in hedge funds are getting richer. he isn't dependent on his 401K.
