WAFA,
It could be that ALL of the senior convertibles are gone,
but not all of the warrants/options. The 10K may give you
the answer, or you might want to call the company.
Besides,more shares may be sold to the equity investor.
Perhaps more importantly, they are debt free, have more
$$$ coming from the litigation(no dilution there), and
have gotten rid of the "going concern" language.
I listened to the CC, and it was reaffirmed that there
is a huge potential market for their technology. I believe
the orders will begin to flow, but WHEN is just guesswork.
