My S&P report from the begining of May had only 8%. There
seems to be a lot more room for institutions considering
many tech stocks have 60-80% institutional ownership. I guess
their best bet would be to accumulate shares down
at these levels, otherwise we'd be in for quite a ride.

Did IOM ever approve more shares? Would that have been a
way to get more institutions involved?
