**OT- inflection point

mitch,

Sorry I didn't phrase that correctly. After I read Grove's book was the first I had heard it as a business buzzword, almost on a daily basis. I was familiar with it too in Calculus, but I had never heard it used in business until A. Grove's book. I should have been more specific.

Now, nearly every business decision is an inflection point, when that was not the idea that Grove had in mind at all. Many managers are using the term with absolutely no idea of its meaning; it makes them sound smart though which is all that matters at too many companies.
