Sure they were. That is why the Infineon witnesses said they did not know about Rambus technology and that Rambus submarined them. <LOL> I can see why your meeting lasted so long this morning. It looks like you got JEDEC to go along with the scam on Rambus. In any event the JEDEC defense is dead along with the RICO issues and all that is left is "willful infringement." Treble damages sounds real good to me after this scam. Perhaps, it is time for you to load up on Rambus stock.
