in for a hard landing??? wouldn't that statement constitute aftercasting relative to AMAT? Last two cycles saw AMAT decline 54% and 48%. This one has seen a 62% decline (back of napkin calculation, so don't split hairs)

Using moving average analysis pricing of AMAT certainly looks likes like a bottom for AMAT. Using 20/35/50 MA looked like a short at about 79, not at 45 except for the nimble. In an technically oversold market seems a little late for shorts, but I'd rather short mad cow McD.
