I'm willing to state that Siemens had no idea that Rambus was arranging submarine patents. But I think the real question that should be answered is the one about whether or not Rambus will win the cases and collect significant royalties on SDRAM and DDR. Having read the Markman briefs, (as well as the transcripts you linked to), I am willing to publicly state that in my opinion, Rambus isn't going to collect royalties on SDRAM and DDR from Infineon, Micron, or Hyundai. Are you willing to make a statement the other way? -- Carl Basically, you have three choices. You can play word games (semantics in Jdaasoc's vernacular), make a prediction, or back off. But do choose one.
