Market wide situation: no earnings, means no bottom. Being a fan of both Buffet and Gilder (but didn't buy telecosm during the Mania) i undertand the sentiments. HOWEVER, the Celeras and optics companies like AVNX - they should and probaby never should be assigned valuation ratios similar to for example insurance companies. Celera - they will be a player going forward - that is the key thing. Odds favor will be a major player in the ever expanding BIOTECH UNIVERSE. Bargains right now all over biotechs and other tech segments.
