HP's New PocketPC Leaked Posted by Chronoso on Wednesday, March 21, 2001 - 5:37 PM EST Microsoft has revealed several pictures of the new J525. They show the new design of the J525, and their new CF camera. From what I've gathered, the Jornada 525 will have only 16 MB RAM as opposed to the 540 series where 32 MB is standard. Also, the screen of the new 525 will be lower quality than the 54x models, making less expensive and HP hopes that this will make it more attractive to the average consumer. Rumor also has it that there's been a processor upgrade, but this is somewhat unlikely considering that the objective with this unit is to keep the price down - and a processor upgrade would do just the opposite.
