Another question to all. Since it appears it will be some time before I can make money in the stock market, I have been thinking about taking some cash and paying off my 6.5% mortgage. It's the only debt I have and it would be a guaranteed return. Please give me your thoughts. This board has so many intelligent posters! I hope it's okay if I ask a few questions. I promise not to pester you or pull on your coat tails too much.
