Earlie - Starting about two years ago I was trying to warn a couple of my closest friends. It fell on deaf ears. The usual response was that they couldn't sell because of the tax liability. Guess what? They lost much, much more than they would have paid in taxes. A comment from one: "I lost all of my inheritance." Well, they aren't busted, but they sure paid a price! R
