Well, here is my paranoid spin of events of the past two weeks. Inf. knows it has a document problem. It leaks false report of judge's coming rulings to irresponsible rag, which prints it. Rambus stock tanks. Inf. floats same settlement proposal mentioned in transcript. Walkaway, basically. Figuring Rambus is whacked with max pressure to settle from directors, shareholders, street. Rambus says no. Documents appear. Hmmmmm.
