For the technically inclined, there is a file named 67496A.PDF in the Seagate forum on CompuServe. It is the Seagate Fibre Channel Interface Product Manual, and is 316 pages long. Very interesting reading, if you are in to that sort of thing. <g> I learned that Seagate's FC drives are Class 3 only. This means that the Class 2/3 optimization of the next-generation switch is more important than I thought.
