Good evening everyone,
The Nasdaq Composite Index dropped 14.41 points or 0.78% to 1,843.03, after rallying
earlier in the day by more than 2%. The broad Standard & Poor's 500 Index shed 8.56
points, or 0.75% to 1,134.06. Both the Nasdaq and the S&P are deep in bear territory.
The Dow Jones industrial average slid 125.67 points or 1.29% to 9,595.09, after
slumping to a low of 9,539.60 unseen since March 1999.
Here's a comment from Jay Mueller, economist and portfolio manager at Strong Capital
Management Inc. which oversees about $45 billion - "There are people who think if only
the Fed would cut rates enough everything would be OK, but there may be more people
coming to the conclusion that short rates are not really what the market's problem is,
the problem is earnings. That's what we need to have turn around and it takes time."
Did he say earnings? YES! I think it's what he said! Which brings us back to IFTP folks!

& they are at .12!! I REPEAT .12!! We are looking at $230,432,433 NET SALES & a
NET PROFIT of $44,340,893 with an EPS of .233!! Correct me if I'm crazy but we are trading
@ .12 & we are looking at these numbers for 2001? Bought another 25,000 shares today
@ .123 & will take EVERY advantage & just keep loading up. Even if we get a modest P/E
of let's say 10 we are looking at $2.33 by years end from today's .12 which is over
1940% folks! That would be the absolute minimum! I expect to see a P/E of at least
15-20 which would bring us to $3.495 - $4.66.
We are doing numbers that Nasdaq companies would KILL for & we are still at .12! I think

The Toronto Stock Exchange 300 composite, sat above the break-even line for part of the morning session
but turned sour by lunch, closing down 91 points to 7,665.5.
On the Canadian Venture Exchange, the CDNX closed down 16.70 points to 2,995.70.
One Canadian dollar was worth 63.46 cents U.S. at the end of trading, down 0.41 of a cent from
Tuesday's closing price.
