Unlikely... there could easily be another two years of litigation for Glendale and CalFed. The margins are too slim for the arbs. if the maximum potential is $14.75 sometime in the next 2 years since there is risk that the legal issues in the CalFed case may be somewhat different from the issues in the Glendale case. Nevertheless, the ultimate reward to CalFed will be higher than $300 Million. Glendale alone is asking for $1.5 Billion in damages. Compound interest could be rewarded. Time will tell, I suppose.
