This economy runs on energy and that is just too important to entrust to the whims of supply/demand economics Excellent point Roger. We need someone like you to take over and clean up this mess.... This "rolling black out" will further cripple California's economy. And it is going to get worse.... Don't you think we should let Edison & PG&E go bankrupt and State takeover from here? (For they didn't wanted to do any dirty work, producing electricity, but rather just pass electricity someone else made and collect money)
