Vishay and the Israeli project..... I don't know how to interpret this news. Going through with this would add to their growth tremendously. But at the moment caution is the word. If the Israeli's go for the higher number Vishay has a heck of a deal. The second part of the equation is the absorption of SILI. How much this will help I don't know. Jerome
