That pretty much makes it cut and dried. Will await the announcement. Actually, I'm not exactly sure what must happen before they can do so. I'm also unsure what significance the Reliable Power buyout bids for Pinnacle might have.

Bid is 1.91 and ask is 1.94. Since there isn't much up for ask under 2.00 I suspect we'll see that level again at some point today.
