History marches on. ZITL/FRTL receives a NasdaqSC delisting notice. Do I ever regret being forced to cover my ZITL short about a year ago, at $6.125!!!! Please pass the crying towel.... ;-)

Fortel receives delisting notice from Nasdaq

FREMONT, Calif., March 22 (Reuters) -- Fortel Inc.
(NasdaqSC:FRTL - news), a maker of software for monitoring
online performance, on Thursday said it received a notice from
Nasdaq on Tuesday that its common stock is subject to delisting
from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market for failure to maintain a
minimum bid price of $1 per share.

Fortel said it has requested a hearing before a Nasdaq panel to review the decision. This request
will stay any delisting pending the panel's decision, Fortel said.

Fortel's shares, which have traded in a range of 3/16 to $6-1/4 over the past 52 weeks, closed at
11/32 on Wednesday.
