A couple o' goofs which are truly value tech plays are VSH and KEM. Both in the passive components field, capacitors and such. Both have PEs at about 5, Price/Sales around 1, growth rates between 10 and 20%. So, their PEGs are about 0.5 or better. Nice charts too. Fallen from grace and apparently disliked. Not much downside I would think. Keeping and eye on 'em anyway.
